A look with Anna at Tagish Lake, with Bove Island on the left. Tagish Lake is part of the Steamboat System from the days of the Gold Rush. This lake covers about 800 Sq. miles.

Emerald Lake is on the way to Carcross,YT. and on route to Skagway, Alaska. The lake bottom is covered by broken sea shells and on days of alot of cloud movement, the lake bottom appears to dance with colour.

Summit Lake is out of the tree line near the top of the Summit to Skayway, Alaska. This area recieves about 40 feet of snow in the winter and winter is a full 8 months in this area. It is a heavily used recreactional area for skiing , snow mobiling and snow boarding. Canadian Customs is adjacent to the lake.

Kusawa Lake is about an hours ride from Whitehorse along the Alaska highway. It is 42 miles long and has outstanding Lake Trout and Grayling fishing. Lake Trout of 30 pounds plus is not uncommon. There is an excellant Territorial camp site here.
